In 1999, The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in Connecticut first invited the public to become members of the Webb-Deane Stevens Museum, which meant sharing in their mission to preserve and promote the history and culture of the Lower Connecticut River Valley through their historic properties in Historic Wethersfield. Members help the Museum to grow and prosper by supporting our ongoing efforts to maintain the houses, their collections, the grounds, and to offer quality tours, educational programs and fun and informative public events—year around.
